Dilo Agency – Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Dilo Agency, including resume writing, job search support, LinkedIn optimization, cover letter writing, and personalized job application services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Job Search on Autopilot

2.1 Service Overview

This service includes full application management on behalf of the client for a period of two (2) months from the date of payment. Dilo Agency will craft job-specific resumes and cover letters, identify relevant job openings, apply on the client’s behalf, and keep them informed of progress.

2.2 Responsibilities

Dilo Agency is responsible for preparing and submitting tailored applications, identifying relevant opportunities, and keeping the client updated throughout the service period.

The client is responsible for participating in interviews, making employment decisions, and remaining responsive throughout the process.

2.3 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to actively participate in the service process, including but not limited to:

Providing accurate and complete personal and career information.

Responding to communications promptly.

Attending scheduled consultations or strategy calls.

Providing timely feedback on drafts and applications.

Engaging with interview opportunities and recruiter communications as advised.

2.4 Refund & Guarantee

If no employment offer is secured by the end of the two-month term, the client is eligible for a 50% refund of the initial payment.

No refund will be issued if the client receives five (5) or more interview invitations, regardless of whether a job offer is accepted.

3. Resume Writing Packages

3.1 Package Options

Standard Resume Writing Package: Includes one professionally written resume. Optional add-ons include a cover letter and LinkedIn profile.

VIP Resume Writing Package: Includes resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and up to 4 weeks of weekly consultation calls and personalized job search support.

3.2 Delivery & Revisions

First drafts are delivered within 5–7 business days from the consultation or receipt of required information.

3.3 Revisions Policy

Both the Standard and VIP Packages include up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions within 14 calendar days of first draft delivery.

A minor revision is defined as changes that do not alter the document’s structure, industry, or target role.

Requests that require a substantial rewrite—for example, changing career direction, adding new roles, or rewriting the document for a different industry—will incur additional fees at Dilo Agency’s discretion.

Revisions must be submitted in writing within the 14-day window. Late revision requests may be declined or charged additionally.

3.4 Refund Policy No refunds will be issued once the first draft of a resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile has been delivered.

4. LinkedIn Profile Optimization

Includes a full rewrite of the client’s LinkedIn profile for improved search visibility, personal branding, and alignment with job targets. It may be delivered in editable text or implemented directly with client consent.

Refund Policy: No refunds are issued after delivery of the optimized content.

5. Cover Letter Writing

Includes one custom-written cover letter based on the client’s resume and desired role or industry. One revision is included within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy: No refunds once the initial draft has been delivered.

6. Interview Coaching (if applicable)

This includes live coaching sessions for interview readiness. Sessions are scheduled in advance.

Rescheduling Policy:

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited and non-refundable.

7. General Terms

7.1 Confidentiality & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring GDPR compliance. Your personal data and career materials are kept strictly confidential and used solely for the delivery of services.

7.2 Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, clients retain full ownership of all career documents delivered (resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn content).

7.3 Service Access

Services must be initiated within 60 days of purchase, unless otherwise arranged. After this period, Dilo Agency is not obligated to deliver the purchased service without reactivation or renewal.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

While Dilo Agency is committed to providing high-quality services and support, we do not and cannot guarantee job placement, interview offers, or employment outcomes, as these are influenced by market conditions, employer decisions, and individual performance factors.

Dilo Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, failure to secure employment, or any other losses resulting from advice, information, or recommendations provided. Clients acknowledge that any decisions made based on our services are at their own risk. Dilo Agency is not responsible for employment decisions, job market fluctuations, or actions taken by third-party employers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising shall be handled in its courts.
